Chairman's statement
Dear brothers and sisters! When we make our earthly pilgrimage we always observe people around us. Each of us fulfills his or her own vocation among people and for people. It is probably necessary to have open mind and open heart in order to notice a person around us and to be convinced at the same time that we all need mercy, support, attention and justice. It is necessary to have a compassionate vision to be able to aid through spiritual and material challenges, to not lose those who want to make our world a better place but who are not able to provide the basic material needs for their families, or do not have a possibility for education, but nonetheless who still try to prevent evil and do not want to be in the captivity of any addictions and those who are going through difficult and painful times…. Challenges and needs do not have ethnicity, nationality, religion, social status or other characteristics. And being among people we can make the space around us kinder, fairer and more merciful. If there is such desire, then let us do it. With our Foundation we would strive to support different dimensions of human needs and you can help us with that. We are aware that difficulties are there and may appear in the future, but “to the stars through difficulty“ - “Per aspera ad astra”.
Sincerely, fr. Oleksandr Gurskyi
